How do I make data changes outside the KoinWorks app?

To maintain the security of the users, not all of the data can be self-changed through KoinWorks application.

For the data which cannot be changed through KoinWorks application, please kindly contact KoinWorks customer service: 085592013102 / WA: +62817 0397 2888 / Email: [email protected] and include information on data changes by completing the following information:

  • E-mail:
  • Phone number:
  • User Code / Referral Code:
  • Prior Data:
  • Data After:
  • Reason for Change:

 

In the Prior Data section, you can fill in the information currently registered at KoinWorks, while in the After Data section you can fill in the latest information.
