The following steps must be taken to top-up NEO Account balance from another bank:

1. Go to KoinWorks Business menu and click “Add Balance”

2. Choose “Other Bank”

3. Choose your bank account

4. Copy the virtual account number and proceed to your bank account’s top-up menu

5. Your NEO account top-up is successful.
