Here are the steps you can follow to add balance to your NEO Account from another bank (using virtual account):

1. Go to the “Add Balance” menu on the KoinWorks homepage.
2. Select “NEO Account” as the receiving account option.
3. Choose one of the available bank options to add balance to your NEO Account.
4. Copy the displayed virtual account number.
5. Use the virtual account number to make a transaction from another bank.
