Just like when you are using the NEO Card for transactions, you can use the balance in your Reward Card according to the following steps:

1. After you’re done shopping at an e-commerce;
2. Choose payment using Credit Card;
3. Check your Reward Card details by opening the KoinWorks Application;
4. Tap the detailed information on your Reward Card;
5. Your Reward Card information will appear;
6. Copy the data and then return to the payment page in the e-commerce of your liking;
7. Fill in all your card details;
8. You have successfully shopped in an e-commerce with your Reward Card balance!
