When the loan you funded is marked as “Cancelled,” it means the borrower has cancelled the loan application or the loan wasn’t fully funded, and the borrower did not utilize 80% of the funding. Depending on the funding source, all your funding will be returned as follows:

• ShopeePay and Fintech Account – returned to Fintech Account
• KOIN – returned to KOIN balance with an extended validity of 30 days from the date the funding was cancelled.
