Reward Card is a digital card that you will get when you receive a gift in the form of a balance from the KoinWorks NEO promotional program.

The Reward Card has the same function as the NEO Card, but the balance in the Reward Card cannot be withdrawn/transferred to your NEO account balance.

Reward Card balances can only be used to pay for online transactions at domestic & international merchants.

Even though you can’t withdraw the balance, you can still add the balance to your Reward Card.

For example, you get a prize of IDR 200,000 & you want to use the Reward Card for grocery shopping of IDR 500,000, all you have to do is top-up your Reward Card balance of IDR 300,000.

If you don’t have a Reward Card yet, it means that you haven’t participated in a promotion or haven’t managed to get a prize.
