What is Provision Fund?– To minimize the loss of funding, KoinWorks cooperates with PT Lunaria Annua Kapital to provide a provision fund, which is prepared specifically for KoinWorks funders.
The amount of the Provision Fund to be disbursed is determined by the percentage of the loan grade multiplied by the nominal of capital loss.
With details:
Protection Fund =% Grade x Capital Loss
If the default loan grade is A, the Protection Fund will be disbursed 100% of the Capital Loss.
Example:
100% x IDR40,000,000 = IDR40,000,000. And so on until Grade E, which is 20% x IDR 40,000,000 = IDR8,000,000.
