Jakarta, 15 September 2024 – KoinWorks, together with KoinWorks Bank, continues to expand by officially opening a new office in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), Tangerang. This move underscores KoinWorks Bank’s long-term commitment to supporting the funding needs of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The new office offers a range of products and services, from loans to opening deposit accounts via WhatsApp.
Willy Arifin, Founder and Executive Chairman of KoinWorks Group, stated that today’s opening of KoinWorks Bank’s headquarters in BSD is a key milestone for KoinWorks Group, further strengthening their presence in Indonesia’s financial ecosystem.

Our Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio remains steady at 0.01%, thanks to our focus on serving MSMEs and a prudent analytical approach,” explained Joko Purwanto.
Additionally, KoinWorks Bank successfully maintained a Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) of 68% and a Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 24.93%.
“Lending from KoinWorks Bank grew by 355% throughout 2024 up to August. This positive trend motivates us to continuously provide financial services and products for MSMEs and the community, helping customers achieve their goals.
