- Users are eligible for the promo when their loan application has been reviewed and given a loan status (reject/approve) by KoinWorks team during the promo period; Cashback does not eligible for users who get rejected status due to fraud indication; Cashback does not eligible if loan application get canceled (canceled);
- Cashback upon loan disbursement will be given when loan application has been approved and disbursed to users’ account during the promo period;
- Promo applies to all grades of risk and tenor;
- Cashback is given in the form of Reward Card;
- Users who get rejected status must Add Balance or use Payment Link min. IDR 300,000 (cumulative) to get reward at the time of loan application during the promo period;
- Cashback at the time of loan application and at the time of loan disbursement will be sent to your NEO Reward Card in maximum of 15 working days after the promo period ends;
- Decisions of terms and conditions related to promo that have been made by KoinWorks cannot be contested;
- KoinWorks reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms & conditions of the promo, as well as won’t give the bonus or withdraw the bonus without prior notice if any indication of fraud is found.
