Terms and Conditions
- The promo period takes place from 1 – 30 June 2022, 23:59 WIB;
- Promo is valid for all NEO users;
- Cashback promos can be obtained from every online transaction at selected KoinWorks merchants using a NEO Card (not only for the first transaction);
- Promo is valid with the following conditions:
- The all merchant cashback promo is only valid for new NEO users who registered for a NEO account during the promo period;
- The cashback given is the accumulation of transactions during the promo period (except for cashback per transaction);
- Do not apply for a double cashback;
- If you have already received cashback at selected merchants, you CANNOT get cashback which is valid at all merchants;
- The maximum cashback that can be obtained for the digital advertising category is 2 million;
- The maximum cashback for the e-commerce, grocery, POS, and other categories is 5 million; Maximum cashback for all merchants is 250k;
- Cashback is given in the form of a NEO Card balance which can only be used for transactions (cannot be withdrawn);
- Cashback will be sent to your NEO Reward Card a maximum of 10 working days after the promo period ends;
- KoinWorks has the right not to give gifts or withdraw gifts if a user is detected as fraud.
- KoinWorks has the right to change the terms and conditions of the promo at any time if deemed necessary without prior notification;
- KoinWorks’ decisions and changes to the provisions cannot be contested.
