Terms and Conditions
- The promo period takes place from 1 – 31 December 2022, at 23.59 WIB;
- Promo applies to NEO account users; Promo does not apply to KoinWorks borrowers;
- Promo is valid for users who have never previously applied for a KoinBisnis/KoinInvoice loan at KoinWorks;
- Promo is valid with the loan table as follows:
- Users are entitled to a promo when the loan application has been reviewed and given a loan status (reject/approve) by the KoinWorks team during the promo period; Cashback does not apply to users who get rejected status on the grounds of fraud; Cashback does not apply if the loan is canceled;
- Cashback at the time of loan disbursement will be given when the loan has been approved and disbursed (disbursed) to the user’s account during the promo period;
- Promo Valid for all grades or types of risk and tenor;
- Cashback is given in the form of a NEO Card balance which can only be used for transactions (cannot be withdrawn);
- Users are required to make transactions using a NEO Card of at least IDR 300,000, accumulated during the promo period (not valid for using Reward Cards);
- Cashback when applying for a loan and when disbursing a loan will be sent to your NEO Reward Card a maximum of 12 working days after the promo period ends;
- Cashback applies to the first 100 NEO users who apply for a loan;
- Decisions and terms and conditions related to promos that have been made by KoinWorks cannot be contested;
- KoinWorks has the right to unilaterally change the terms & conditions of the promo and not to give prizes or withdraw prizes without prior notification if indications of fraud are found.
