Terms and Conditions
- The promo period takes place on 1 – 31 August 2022, 23:59 WIB;
- Promo is valid for all NEO users;
- Cashback promos can be obtained from every online transaction at selected KoinWorks merchants using a NEO Card (not only for the first transaction);
- Promo is valid with the following conditions:
- Cashback per category given is the accumulation of transactions during the promo period (except for cashback per transaction);
- The maximum cashback that can be obtained during the promo period for the digital advertising category is IDR 500,000, for the e-commerce and wholesale categories it is IDR 1,000,000 each, for the business service category it is IDR 3,000,000; for the business course category is IDR 2,500,000;
- Promo does not apply to users who activate KoinWorks NEO using the promo code of KoinWorks NEO partners;
- Promo cannot be combined with other promos;
- Cashback is given in the form of a NEO Card balance which can only be used for transactions (cannot be withdrawn);
- Cashback will be sent to your NEO Reward Card within a maximum of 12 working days after the promo period ends;
- The decisions and terms and conditions related to promos that have been made by KoinWorks cannot be contested;
- KoinWorks has the right to unilaterally change the terms & conditions of the promo without prior notice if fraud is found;
- KoinWorks reserves the right not to give prizes or withdraw prizes if indications of fraud or fraud are found for the use of this promo without prior notification.
