Terms and Conditions
- The promo period takes place from 1 – 31 December 2022, at 23.59 WIB;
- Promo applies to all NEO users;
- Cashback promos can be obtained from every online transaction at selected KoinWorks merchants using the NEO Card (not only for the first transaction);
- Promo is valid with these conditions:
- Cashback per category given is the accumulation of transactions during the promo period (except for cashback per transaction);
- The maximum cashback that can be obtained during the promo period for the digital advertising category is IDR 500 thousand, for the e-commerce category is IDR 1 million each, for the business services category is IDR 3 million; for the business course category is IDR 1.5 million; for groceries category is IDR 1 million;
- Promo does not apply to users who activate KoinWorks NEO using the KoinWorks NEO partner promo code;
- Promo cannot be combined with other promos;
- Cashback only applies to transactions using NEO Cards (not for Reward Cards);
- Cashback is given in the form of a NEO Card balance which can only be used for transactions (cannot be withdrawn);
- Cashback will be sent to your NEO Reward Card a maximum of 12 working days after the promo period ends;
- Decisions and terms and conditions related to promos that have been made by KoinWorks cannot be contested;
- KoinWorks has the right to unilaterally change the terms & conditions of the promo and not to give prizes or withdraw prizes without prior notification if indications of fraud are found.
