How to Top-Up NEO Account Balance:
- Go to the NEO Page menu
- Select NEO Account and Click the Top-Up Button
- Enter the Topup Amount. The maximum NEO Account balance at one time is IDR 300,000,000.
- Top Up Neo Account
- Make sure once again the nominal you want to top-up, then click ConfirmNeo Account
- Done and the balance will go to your NEO Account.
How to Top-Up NEO Card Balance:
- Go to the NEO Page menu
- Select the NEO Card to be Top-Up, click NEO Card
- Click the Add Balance button
- Enter the Top-Up Amount with the maximum Top-Up nominal is Rp. 100 million. In addition, the maximum balance of the NEO Card at one time is also IDR 100,000,000. Click Confirm
- On the next page you will get a notification “Top Up Success!” if the balance is successfully added, and if the Top-Up process is hampered, the notification you will get is “Top Up Failed, Please Try Again Later”.
- You can repeat the previous steps if the balance replenishment process fails.
