Terms and Conditions
- The promo period takes place from 1 – 30 September 2022, 23:59 WIB;
- Promo is valid for all active KoinWorks NEO users (Referrer must be registered with KoinWorks NEO and actively make transactions using NEO during the promo period);
- Promo is valid with the following conditions:

Referrer (Referral code giver) will get a commission of 5% to IDR 100,000 when the referee (Referral code user) registers a business account and NEO account using the referrer’s referral code and makes transactions using the NEO Card with a minimum of IDR 500,000 in the KoinWorks application during the promo period; - Referees are entitled to a cashback of 3% with a maximum of IDR 100,000 for transactions made using the NEO Card with a minimum of IDR 500,000;
- Referrer commissions and cashback referees are valid for 3 months; If the referee continues to be active for 3 months starting from September, the referrer will get a 5% commission of a maximum of IDR 100,000 from the referee’s transaction value each month and the referee will get a 3% cashback of a maximum of IDR 100,000 per month with a minimum transaction requirement using the NEO Card of IDR 500 .000;
- NEO Card transactions are only valid for the categories of digital advertising transactions, business application subscription services, e-commerce, and grocery. List of merchants can be seen here.
- Promo is valid with the following conditions:
- Referrer and referee referral bonuses are given in the form of NEO Card balances which can only be used for transactions (non-withdrawal);
- The bonus will be given manually which will be given after the promo period ends, a maximum of 12 working days;
- Promo is valid only once for each same referee;
- The maximum commission that the referrer can receive from different referees is IDR 500,000;
- The maximum commission for each referee is IDR 100,000;
- If the number of referees is more than 5 people, the referral promo program will only be given to the first 5 referees;
- KoinWorks has the right to change the terms and conditions of the promo at any time if deemed necessary without prior notice;
- KoinWorks has the right not to give referral bonuses if there is the same data between the referrer and referee that leads to cheating or fraud;
- If fraud or fraud is found, KoinWorks reserves the right not to give referral bonuses without prior
- notification to users, both referrals and referees;
- Promo cannot be combined with other promos.
