Whistleblowing system (WBS) is a communication channel for both internal and external parties to report violations, fraudulent, unlawful, unethical, or immoral acts committed by KoinWorks that can harm the company or parties with an interest in the company (stakeholders).
Reports must be related to fraud or a breach of the law, a code of conduct, or a conflict of interest.
A deliberate misuse or omission to mislead, deceive, or manipulate a KoinWorks, customer, or other party that occurs in KoinWorks’ environment and/or uses KoinWorks facilities, resulting in a loss for KoinWorks, customer, or other party and/or direct or indirect financial benefits for the fraud perpetrator.
Actions that are not in compliance with the corporate culture that has been developed based on good values that grow and develop within the company’s whole body and employees, in order to accomplish shared goals and as a reference for all persons in making choices and taking actions.
Acts that result in a situation in which a person, while performing his or her fiduciary duty and obligation, pursues outside interests, such as personal or third-party interests, which may have impaired or intruded on his or her professional judgment and objectivity in making decisions and policies based on the authority that has been granted to him or her.
Actions that are in violation of Indonesian law.
Whistleblowers must reveal their identity, including their name (anonymous is permitted) and an active phone number/email address. Reports must clarify what happened (what), who was involved (who), when the incident occurred (when), where the incident occurred (where), and how it occurred (how). We anticipate that the reports you submit will not contain personal concerns or slander. You can be a KoinWorks whistleblower at any time and from any location.
