Community Engagement Coordinator

About the role

Our community of users and business owners is our priority at KoinWorks for Business. The Community Engagement Coordinator will develop and maintain impactful relationships with our communities, and at the same time assist in identifying engagement opportunities with external partners and coordinate activities that will benefit our communities. This role will report directly to the Strategic Communication Manager to support marketing and communications campaigns for products under KoinWorks for Business.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Establish engagement and maintain strong and authentic communications with our community of SME owners who are our existing and potential users
  • Craft ideas that benefit our community by identifying their needs
  • Coordinate activities for our community through collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders, such as webinars, WhatsApp classes, gatherings
  • Act as the liaison between the company and our community

 

Key requirements

  • Min. 4 years of experience in community engagement or partnership in the financial industry
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate in building businesses and community development
  • Excellent task organization, time management, sense of empathy, social skills, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adjust to changing and/or competing priorities
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
