KoinWorks is hiring a Customer Operation Executive for connecting the relationship between the customer and the company through excellent services.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day communication for both inquiries and complaints from customers and potential customers
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and potential customers at all times.
  • Handle  administrative duties related to customers
  • Involve in every Operations activities and ensure the Operations work properly
  • Taking care of incoming/outgoing letters, vendors and partners management and general affairs
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Operations and Co-Founders

Requirements:

  • Have a banking or financial background would be a plus
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Creative (Out of the Box Ideas)
  • Have a great initiative and observation skill
  • Effective Communication Skill in Bahasa and English
  • Able to work well independently and within a team
