We are looking for someone who can take the lead in strategic GTM execution to test new ideas, validate product market fit and manage early market incubation and adoption for the innovative concepts that the New Ventures team will be developing. The right person for this role must think big and be a curious, self-starter and jack-of-all-trades with the ability to imagine boldly, communicate effectively, think critically, get scrappy / entrepreneurial, and navigate ambiguity.
You should be motivated by the opportunity of launching and scaling new business ventures as part of the newly formed New Ventures team. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves to quickly determine the potential around different opportunities, and then work with internal and external partners to build the highest potential opportunities into scaled new business lines. 


  • Take charge of GTM initiatives to scale new business lines from 0 to 1
  • Initiate and prove new venture opportunities that will provide strategic value; lead initiatives end to end, partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Devise go-to-market and MVP launch process
  • Help drive the operational cadence of various pilots to evaluate and inform the scaling of new strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with dedicated 4 member squad with end to end tech, data & growth capabilities
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners, including product, engineering, sales, design, capital markets, finance and legal when necessary
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and deliver insights to different stakeholders across a variety of business issues
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in Growth Marketing / Market Expansion / Consulting / Venture Building within a startup/technology company and / or experience as a founder
  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in relevant GTM functions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Exceptional business judgment with the ability to create sound frameworks to drive towards decisions and organizational alignment
  • A core analytical skill set: strong quantitative and analytical chops
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
  • Be agile and scrappy, along with the ability to work autonomously
  • Have a growth mindset
  • Knowledge of Indonesian market is an asset
  • Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is an asset
