KoinWorks is looking for a Head of Relationship Manager who has good performance in building strategic and tactical plans in strengthening relationships within the business segment.
- Lead Relationship Manager Dept. in strategies and campaigns and ensure the program stay aligned with the business objectives
- Responsible for instilling the business as well as a departmental culture at all levels in order to inspire a unified vision and direction towards the achievement of the business’s goals
- Collaborate with all Relationship Manager also stakeholders in the formulation of Dept. strategies, risk management, and solutions as well as the determination of budgetary allocations
- Monitoring and conducting research on the trends in the Relationship Manager field in order to emerge opportunities for business
- Bachelor degree in sales/marketing or relevant discipline
- 6-8 years of experience in Sales, Trade, and/or Distributor Financing
- Proven sales network with local corporates and/or middle-market companies
- Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills and is willing to go the extra mile
- Fast learner, self-driven, and outgoing personality
