I want to update my profile, how to do it?

You can update your profile in KoinWorks app by following these easy steps below:
1. On the dashboard screen, open your ‘Profile‘ page.
2. On the right side of your name, tap’ Update‘.
3. Don’t forget to save the settings and see if it’s updated.

How do I change my app language?

You can change your language in KoinWorks app by following these simple steps:
1. On the dashboard screen, open your ‘Profile‘ page.
2. Tap button ‘Language‘.

How to change my bank account?

We understand sometimes you need to change your bank account due to some reason. Worry not, we will help you to make it easier when you want to change it in your KoinWorks app. Just follow these simple steps below:
1. On the dashboard screen, open your ‘Profile‘ page.
2. On the right side of your name, tap ‘Update‘.
3. Choose ‘Bank Account‘ button.
4. Tap edit on the right side of ‘Bank Account‘ title.
5. Fill your new bank account information.
6. Tap ‘Request Changes‘ to submit.

What if I don’t update my profile?

If you don’t update your profile, you may not be able to access some of our products and features. We recommend you to update your profile, it’s simple.

How do I change my security code?

It’s a simple process that you can do in KoinWorks apps, just following these easy steps below:
1. Open your profile page.
2. Tap ‘Account Preferences‘.
3. Tap ‘Change PIN‘.
Now, you’ve successfully changed your security code. We’ll send you a notification that a PIN has been changed.

What if I lost my phone number?

In the unfortunate case that your phone/phone number becomes lost or stolen, we can help to make sure that no one can use your KoinWorks account. Please contact customer service to report your phone/phone number as lost/stolen so we can put a block onto the account so that if someone finds it, they will not be able to deplete your funds.

What if I forgot my Security Code/Password?

First, don’t panic! This happens to everyone. If you find yourself struggling to remember your password, this one’s for you. Here a few simple steps to if you forget your password:
1. Return to the login screen.
2. Enter your email account.
3. Enter the verification code (OTP) that we have sent to your mobile number
4. Click ‘Recover‘ on the ‘Enter Security Code‘ screen.
5. Enter your registered mobile number or email to restart your security code.
6. Open your SMS/email to check your OTP.
7. Enter your OTP on ‘Forgot Security Code‘ screen.
8. Enter your date of birth information.
9. Enter your new security code and confirm it.
Congrats! Now, your security code has been reset.

How do I send my referral?

There are several easy ways to refer friends. Just follow these simple steps below:
1. On the home screen, choose and tap ‘Get Your Reward Everyday‘ [depends on existing promo].
2. Click ‘Share‘ and choose your preferences media, such as SMS, email, WhatsApp, etc.
3. Last, enter your friends email or contact, then submit.
Rewards are credited to you and referee’s account after we’ve verified the activity in your friend’s new account.

How do I see my referral list status?

We know you want to know if your referral works or not, so we provide you with the referral list status menu. Then, how you get there? It’s easy!
1. Tap ‘Profile‘ page on the dashboard screen.
2. Tap ‘Referral Dashboard‘ on the ‘Account Settings‘ list.
3. Tap ‘Referral‘ and you will see all of your refferal list status if it’s pending, registered, declined, or success.

How do I see my portfolio?

You can view your portfolio for each products you buy, online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just open your ‘Portfolio‘ page on the dashboard screen, then you will see 2 tabs, ‘Asset’ and ‘Loan’.
1. Asset: On the tab ‘Asset‘ you can monitor your combined return information, account value and scheduled repayment.
2. Loan: On the tab ‘Loan‘ you can monitor your available loan credit and next repayment schedule.

How do I see my cash flow?

You can see your cash flow by following these easy steps:
1. Tap ‘Activity‘ page on the dashboard screen.
2. Tap ‘Cash Flow‘ tab.

How do I add funds to my account?

You can add funds to your account by following these simple steps:
1. Tap ‘Activity‘ page on dashboard screen.
2. Tap ‘Deposit‘ tab.
3. Tap ‘Deposit Instruction‘.
4. Choose your bank account to view our virtual account number.
5. When everything’s ready, you can transfer your funds to your KoinWorks account.

How long until my money got into my account after I transferred it?

It can be immediately deposited or you have to wait for several days depends on our bank partner’s term and conditions.

I haven’t received my deposit.

If you haven’t received your deposit, It could be because KoinWorks server is having several problems or under maintenanced. If this event happened to you, please contact our customer service to solve your problem.

How I withdraw money from my account?

You can withdraw your money from KoinWorks app by following these simple steps:
1. Tap ‘Activity‘ page on dashboard screen.
2. Tap ‘Withdrawal‘ tab.
3. Enter your withdrawal amount.
4. Tap ‘Process‘ button to submit.

How long till I got my money into my banks after I requested it?

Withdrawal process usually takes up to 5 business days. The Withdrawal Fee is IDR5,000.00 and will be deducted from your Cash Balance for every withdrawal you make. You can use KOIN for paying the fee.
(*) The process may take longer depending on the Recipient’s country and bank. Transfers made on a weekend, a public/bank holiday will be processed the following business day.

How do I redeem Voucher Cards?

You can withdraw your money from KoinWorks app by following these simple steps:
1. Tap KOIN on dashboard screen.
2. Tap ‘Voucher Card‘ tab.
3. Enter your 16-digit code.
4. Tap ‘Claim Voucher‘ button to redeem.
