KoinWorks is hiring a Customer Operation Executive for connecting the relationship between the customer and the company through excellent services.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day communication for both inquiries and complaints from customers and potential customers
  • Handle  administrative duties related to customers
  • Involve in every Operations activities and ensure the Operations work properly
  • Taking care of incoming/outgoing letters, vendors and partners management and general affairs
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Operations and Co-Founders

Requirements:

  • Single, minimum experience in customer operations field for 1-2 years
  • Able to hold conversations in English
  • Able to handle hard complaints, online nor offline
  • Able to give exquisite responses for inbound and outbound calls.
  • Can operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able and good initiative in escalating issues to the team in charges.
  • Discipline and punctual
  • Handle administrative duties related to customers
