Responsibilities:

• Research on user behavior, expectation, market perception, and competitor product through scientific experimentation and data crunching
• Providing excellent campaign execution to ensure growth
• Prioritizing growth initiatives and product creation on financial and tech basis

Requirements:

• Able to conceptualize and present the ideas to each stakeholder clearly
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Having a basic understanding of common financial product such as banks, insurance, reksadana, stocks, etc
