If you find it difficult to remember your password, here are a few simple steps you can take.

Step 1: Enter the KoinWorks App & Logout

Make sure you log out first if the conditions are logged in.

Step 2: Login Using No. Mobile / Email

If you have logged out, immediately enter the cellphone number or email that you usually use to log in.

Step 3: Verify OTP

Enter the verification code (OTP) that we sent to your cellphone/email number.

Step 4: PIN page

Select ‘Restore’ next to the ‘Forgot Security Code’.

Step 5: Verify OTP Change PIN

Open your SMS / email to check OTP. Enter your OTP in the ‘Forgot Security Code’ section.

Step 6: Verify Date of Birth

Enter your date of birth information.

Step 7: Create a New PIN

Enter your new security code and confirm.

Congratulations! Now, your security code has been reset.
