If the Borrower fails to make loan installments for more than 180 days and shows no intention to make the payment, the loan will be considered in default.

In case of late or defaulted loans, the KoinWorks Collection Team will make efforts to collect the payments using industry best practices and in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
